Guest shuttles
Ceremony to reception to hotel. A 60-guest wedding usually needs three or four runs of an eight-seater or minibus, not one; we work out the timings against your order of the day.
Airport collections for overseas guests
Arrivals at Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted or London City, met in the hall with a name board and taken straight to the hotel or venue.
Late-night departures
Return runs are timed to the last dance, not the last bus. Tell us when you want them and they are booked in the quote.

For multi-vehicle weddings a single coordinator holds the schedule and every driver’s number, so the best man is not ringing six people.

Weddings: common questions
How far ahead should we book wedding transport?
Four to six weeks for a multi-vehicle wedding, longer for a summer Saturday. A single car for the couple can often be arranged inside a fortnight, but earlier is safer.
Can you shuttle guests between the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. Give us the venue addresses, the order of the day and the guest numbers, and we quote a fixed total for the runs the numbers actually need.
Can you collect guests flying in from abroad?
Yes. We track each flight and move the pickup to the real landing time. Airport transfers can sit on the same invoice as the wedding.
What if the ceremony overruns?
Waiting time beyond the booked hours is charged at the hourly rate agreed in your quote. Drivers stay unless you release them.
