Sporting events: common questions
Do you drive to the venue gates?
Where the venue allows vehicle access we use it. Where it does not, we agree the nearest permitted set-down point in advance and tell you exactly where the return pickup is.
How far ahead should we book?
Book as soon as tickets are confirmed. Big fixtures and the summer season fill early; a single car can sometimes be arranged inside a week, but a group vehicle needs longer.
What if the match or racing runs late?
Waiting beyond the booked hours is charged at the hourly rate agreed upfront, and the driver stays unless you release them.
Can we book for a whole hospitality group?
Yes. Send the headcount and pickup points and we quote a fixed total for the runs required.
