A car and driver at your disposal
For a day of meetings, a roadshow or a schedule that will change as it goes, hire a vehicle by the hour or the day. The driver stays with you, waits while you are inside, and the plan can move without a new booking.

Venues, times, headcount and anything unusual: a band with equipment, a wheelchair user, a 6am start.

We work out how many runs the numbers actually need and quote a fixed total. This is where most event transport goes wrong, and it is worth getting right on paper.

Event transport questions
How far in advance should we book an event?
Four to six weeks for a wedding or a multi-vehicle booking, longer over the summer and around Christmas. A single car for a fixture can usually be arranged inside a week.
How is event transport priced?
Each event is quoted individually: a fixed total agreed before the date, based on the vehicles, the number of runs and the hours. We do not publish flat rates because a 4-person hospitality run and a 60-guest wedding are not the same job.
Can we pay on account?
Yes. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly, subject to references. For one-off events we take payment before the date and send a single receipt afterwards.
Do you provide a coordinator on the day?
For multi-vehicle bookings, yes. One point of contact holds the schedule and every driver’s number, so you are not ringing six people.
What happens if the event overruns?
Waiting time beyond the booked hours is charged at the hourly rate agreed upfront. Drivers stay unless you release them.

No. The events on this page are examples of what our customers travel to. We are not affiliated with any organiser, and event names belong to their owners.
