Hire a car and driver for the hour or the day and change the plan as you go. The driver stays with you, so a meeting that runs long is not a rebooking.

How is hourly hire priced?
By the hour or the day, agreed in your quote. There is no meter running, and the terms for overtime are stated up front.
Is there a minimum booking?
Hourly hire is normally quoted as a block of hours. Any minimum is stated in your quote before you commit.
Can we change the route on the day?
Yes. That is the point of hiring as directed. Extra stops within the booked hours are included.
Does the driver wait outside meetings?
Yes. The driver stays with the car and waits for you within the booked hours.
