Booking Confirmation
- Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice from info@bluepick.co.uk.

Pricing & Charges
Your final fare depends on:
- Chosen vehicle type
- Airport pickups (includes parking fees).
- London congestion charge (if applicable)
- Night surcharge (for journeys between 10 PM – 6 AM)
- Custom routes (tolls, extra mileage, or waiting time may incur additional fees)

Vehicle Selection
- Choose the correct vehicle size based on the number of passengers and luggage.
- Drivers may refuse service if the vehicle is too small (full fare still applies).
- Foldable wheelchairs/walkers count as extra luggage—please declare in advance.
Additional Passengers/Luggage
- Inform us at least 12 hours before pickup if exceeding capacity.
- An upgrade fee applies if the booked vehicle cannot accommodate extras.
Payment Options
- Cards (Credit/Debit), Stripe, PayPal, or Cash.
- Cash bookings: 50% deposit required; remaining 50% paid to the driver.
Booking via Agent
- Contact us 24/7 via phone (+44 208 089 7700), WhatsApp, live chat, or email (info@bluepick.co.uk) for quotes, changes, or custom requests.
- Calls are recorded for training and security.
Flight Delays & Airport Pickups
- We track flights and adjust pickup times automatically—no extra charge for delays.
- Waiting time starts after flight lands:
- UK/EU passengers: 30-60 mins free.
- Non-EU passengers: 40-80 mins free (students: up to 90 mins)
- Business/First Class/Hand Luggage Only: 15-40 mins free.
- Late pickup fee
£10 per 30 mins after free waiting time.
Missed Flights
Inform us immediately to avoid charges.
- Refund for pre-paid trips: Minus £6 processing fee.
- No refund if:
- Driver is already dispatched.
- Flight missed without prior notice.
Cruise/Hotel Pickups
- Meet & Greet included.
- Free waiting time:
- Cruise ports: 30 mins.
- Hotels/residences: 15 mins.
- Late fee: £10 per 30 mins after free period.
Lost Driver?
- Call us immediately at +44 208 089 7700— do not arrange alternative transport (considered a “No Show”).
Cancellation & Changes
- Cars/Standard Bookings: Inform 12+ hours before the pickup for free changes/cancellations.
- Coach Bookings: Cancel 14+ days prior(25% fee + bank charges).
- No refunds for:
- Cancellations <12 hours before pickup.
- “No Shows” (passenger not at pickup location).
- Incorrect booking details (wrong date/flight).
Liability
- BluePick is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, or missed connections.
- Passengers must ensure correct booking details.
- Lost property return available at passenger’s cost (we are not liable for any damages caused).
Pets
- Inform us in advance.
- Assistance dogs: Must be leashed.
- Other pets: Secure cage required. Cleaning fees may apply for any damages caused.
Child Seats
- Provided free (subject to availability).
- Passengers may bring their own.
Driver & Vehicle Details
- Sent via email 1 day before the pickup.
- Driver will call when en route and upon arrival.
Fraud Prevention
- Secure payments with encryption, tokenization, and fraud detection.
Non-Solicitation Policy
- All bookings must go through BluePick-direct driver bookings are prohibited.
